ARMS - 19. Forearm Stroke

A.
Holding the forearm upright,
slide the flat sides of your thumbs
down the inside of the forearm.
Let your thumbs be parallel with each other.



B.
When your thumbs reach the inner side of the elbow,
lighten your touch
and slide your hands back up to the wrist.
Continue with the right hand
before massaging the left arm.
