BACK OF LEGS - 8. Connecting Stroke

A. With your right hand in front,
slide your hands up the back of the leg.
(For both hands, the little-finger-side leads;
the thumbs are beside their index fingers.)

 B.
Near the buttocks, rotate your hands
in an outward movement.

 c.
Slide (in a pulling manner)
down the inner and outer sides of the leg.
Repeat this whole stroke (A-C) several times.
