Slide your hands in a V shape up the back of the leg.
To form a "V," form both hands as if to shake hands.
Then place the right hand above the left hand
so that the right little finger is on the left thumb
and the right thumb is on the left index finger.
B.
Slide down the inner and outer sides of the leg
(as in the previous stroke, #10).
Repeat this whole stroke (A-B) several times.
